Ordering Information:

Ordering is as easy as a click of a button for any item.  For those special request bows or other items just let us know at princess@princessbowsnbling.com what color, size, clip and style  or design you are wanting and we will be glad to accomadate any special request.  When you are done shopping proceed to the check out area where you will be prompted to enter your information.  No personal information is required to browse our store but we will need this information to ship your princess her new accessories.  We do ask for your email address for this is needed to confirm your order.

Please check the home page for current order processing times.  If you need the bows by a certain date, please be sure to email us before ordering so that we can check for availability.  We would not want your princess to be without her bows or bling for the big event.

Shipping:

Shipping rates within the U.S. are as follows:

          Purchases   all purchases below $35.00 is 10% of the total order.

If you want your bows a little faster than snail mail, you can choose to send them via priority mail for an extra $5.00 (in the US only).

For our neighbor to the north of us - Canada - There is a flat shipping fee of $7.00 on all orders.  All International orders the shipping fee is $10.00.

*Please note that the customer is responsible for all applicable duties, fees and any other charges for customs clearence if necessary.

All our bows and bling are carefully wrapped and packaged with the utmost care but unfortunately we do not control the mail and how it is handled.  From time to time there are accidents.  If your purchase arrives and is damaged or if by some odd chance it just does not arrive at all please contact us so that we can do our best to make it right.  If that means replacement than that is what we will do.

Payments:

The Princess Bows 'n Bling is happy to offer a wide variety of hair accessories and tutus for each of your different styles.  Likewise, we offer a variety of payment options so that you can pick your preference.  We accept personal check, money order as well as visa, mastercard, discover and american express and that includes debit cards.  We also offer direct money transfers through Paypal.  Credit Card orders and paypal orders can be processed securly online.

Refunds:

At the Princess Bows 'n Bling Bowtique, we stand behind the workmanship of our products 100%.  We are happy to refund/exchange any defective items within 30 days of your purchase.  We want you to be excited and happy about your purchase, so please email us if you have any concerns at princess@princessbowsnbling.com
